No Skills At Trainer? - Guild Wars Forums

I am a Lvl 10 and every time i go to the Skill trainer in Ascalon Village( I think thats it's name), He never has any skills available to me. Any ideas why?

Unlike in the Betas you have to quest to find your skills. I think most of the trainers are dotted around the country side. A number seem to be in Old Ascalon either near or in the Sardelac San.

Ok.. I have determined that...But then where am I supposed to Buy a Capture Signet? From Everything i have found, Info-Wise, I am supposed to purchase one from Skill Trainers... But even still the one in Ascalon Settlement has nothing for sale.

Signets of capture aren't found until much further in the game. They are used to get your elite skills that aren't available from any trainer. Something new from Anet, I guess. Also the only skills available from any trainer will be the ones you missed in the previous section. So the trainer at Ascalon will only have the Pre-searing skills, which you've obviously already gotten.
